2009 Election of Officers
Great food, great times.
Worthy Brothers of Council 7304 The "3rd" annual Polish Dinner Dance was a complete success with over 200 attendees including dignitaries from many other councils. The food was (once again) fantastic along with the great music of "The Misty Blues". Although the final numbers are not yet in (but should be available at the Oct Planning Meeting), it appears we have come very close to our projected revenue. be sure to attend the next meeting for further details. Many thanks go out to Charlie Gureirra and Paul Williams for all their hard work not to mention ALL those that helped out with the set up and clean up in the kitchen and bar area. "A Stellar Well Done" goes out to all along with my Personal "Thank You". As you are reading this we are already making plans for "NEXT YEAR"... George Groat- GK

St. Patrick Parish Grotto Restoration
Our Grotto has been
in need of major repairs for a few years. The stress and stain
resulting from harsh winters freezes and occasional thaws has
combined to damage the grout joints and stones that comprise the
Grotto. Brother Knight Dave Cooney is coordinating restoration
efforts in conjunction with the efforts of stone masons, Knights
and other Church groups (Gardening Angels, Men's Christ
Renews His Parish Team Members). Once damaged areas are repaired
a sealer will be applied to prevent water intrusion. A
re-circulating pump will also be installed at the base of
waterfall along with additional plumbing to supply water to the
extensive flower garden area. Many of the tasks involved in the
restoration project do not require a high degree of skills. If
you are interested in volunteering please contact Dace Cooney.
Recently grouting has begun and will continue as weather
permitts.
